How recovery friendly is your workplace? Take the free assessment
What I speak on
- Building a recovery friendly workplace — what the designation actually asks of an employer, and the practical steps to get there.
- Workplace suicide prevention and postvention — what to put in place before, and what to do in the days after.
- Grief and sudden traumatic loss at work — overdose, suicide, and the deaths most organizations have no policy for.
- Trauma-informed and trauma-responsive leadership — what it means in practice, not in theory.
- Psychologically safe culture — why people don’t disclose, and what actually changes that.
- Peer support in the workplace — building bridges inside your own workforce.

Fees
Every engagement is tailored to the organization, so there is no standard rate. Fees are determined after a consultation, once I understand your audience, your format, and what you need the session to achieve.

Questions I get asked
Do you travel?
Yes. I travel for in-person engagements — tell me where you are and we will work out what makes sense.
How far ahead should we book?
Thirty days is the minimum lead time. Earlier is better for multi-session programs or anything that needs the material tailored to your workforce.
Do you present virtually?
Yes. Sessions can be delivered live virtually, in person, or as a hybrid — self-paced coursework in the learning management system paired with live sessions.
What does an engagement cost?
There is no standard rate. Every engagement is built around the organization, so fees are set after a consultation.
Can the content be tailored to our industry?
Yes, and it usually is. Shift patterns, headcount and the realities of your workforce change what the material needs to cover. That is what the consultation is for.
Do you only speak on recovery?
No. Recovery friendly workplaces are the core, but I also work on trauma-informed and trauma-responsive leadership, grief and sudden traumatic loss at work, workplace suicide prevention and postvention, and psychologically safe culture.
